Tehachapi Cement, LLC is seeking a qualified Process Control Supervisor for a role based in Tehachapi, CA. This position will be responsible for supervising plant operations from the central control room, optimizing production processes, leading operating shift personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required
College degree or technical school training in a related field preferred
Technical degree or applicable plant operator certifications are a plus

EXPERIENCE:

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
Experience in cement manufacturing and kiln burning is preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Strong understanding of process control systems and plant operations
Ability to troubleshoot and guide maintenance personnel in resolving mechanical/electrical issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with SAP is preferred
