Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 半導体製造プロセスにおける工程能力向上、品質安定化およびYield最大化を目的として、 PCS（Process Control System）グループのR2R Engineerは、APC（Auto Process Control / R2R）技術を活用したプロセスのリアルタイム自動最適化を推進する重要な役割を担う。各製造工程のプロセス要求に基づき、データ解析を通じたR2Rコントローラーの開発・実装・最適化および継続的改善を行い、工程ばらつき低減や品質異常の未然防止、業務効率改善を実現する。また、MicronのGlobal Teamおよび海外FabのR2Rチームと密接に連携し、 R2Rシステムおよびコントローラーのアップグレード、ならびにビジネスプロセス改善プロジェクトにも参画する。本業務を通じて、APCの制御理論やMicron APC System（R2Rシステム）に加え、 MESをはじめとする生産制御システム、プロセスコントロールおよびデータ解析に関する専門性を高め、 Micronグローバル組織の一員としてFab横断で価値を発揮するエンジニアとしての成長が期待される。職務内容（以下に限定されない）：必要な安全教育をすべて完了し、Micronの安全方針に従ってすべての作業を実施するアサインされたプロジェクト業務について、スケジュール管理を行い実行する。プロセスコントロール(SPC)の基本コンセプトを理解し、各プロセスエリアのR2R開発を行う R2Rコントローラーの開発、生産への適応、最適化、効果的で効率的な斬新なソリューションの提供を行うステークホルダーとのパートナーシップによりプロセス制御モデルの作成や品質向上のための方策を実施エリアやFabプロセスコントロールモデルに影響を与えるR2Rシステムのトラブルシューティング最良のソリューションを提供するため、ローカルレベルとグローバルレベルのプロジェクトチームとのコラボレーションを実施 Yield改善活動(YLR)をリードする。他部署(YE、PEE)のメンバーと協力し、Yieldと相関の強いParameterのばらつきを低減させる。またYLR Business Processの改善も行い、Yield改善に貢献する資格：(すべて満たしている必要はなし) 一般的な統計プロセスコントロール（SPC）、プロセス制御、およびデータ解析の知識を有する Fabプロセスや装置についての基本的な理解分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っているテクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある Fabの装置とITホストのコミュニケーションやデータフローの理解があるチーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。 Microsoft Office（Excel/Word/Power point）スキルを有する英語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する（高校卒業程度）学歴・経験エンジニア関連分野での学士号または同等の経験 About Micron Technology, Inc. This involves developing, implementing, and continuously improving R2R controllers based on process requirements through data analysis, while also collaborating on system upgrades and business process improvement projects globally.
