As Process Control Technology Engineer you are on a mission to develop automation and instrumentation strategies that pay in to design a modular and scalable automation concept to enable mass scaling of TURN2X plants, working closely with the Engineering Lead and Automation Engineer to ensure seamless execution. ABOUT US

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification. We have a first commercial plant in Spain and around 2.7GW of pipeline built up. TURN2X is well financed and backed by the leading investors in the space.

Responsibilities
  • Engineer and select process instrumentation for our modular plant components.
  • Lead process control technology (PCT) efforts in budgeting and HAZOP processes.
  • Optimize automation strategies to enhance plant performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex control and instrumentation issues.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of control solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for safety and operational reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including P&ID, functional specifications, and control narratives.
  • Optimize interconnectivity between process operations and the process control system (PCS7).
  • Manage contractors in collaboration with our Procurement and Supply Chain Manager.
