Role Overview The Process Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, and tracking workflow progress. The role involves coordinating across teams, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring timely issue resolution to meet daily targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Verification & Accuracy Ensure all required data is collected and maintained accurately. Verify completeness and correctness of operational data. 2. Process Tracking & Coordination Monitor each stage of the workflow and identify delays or deviations. Track where work is stuck and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks. 3. Follow-ups & Communication Regularly follow up with team members and supervisors on pending tasks. Politely remind stakeholders of deadlines and daily targets. Act as a bridge between execution-level staff (DOERs) and supervisors. 4. Issue Resolution & Escalation Identify problems and determine the appropriate person/team to resolve them. Raise Help Tickets (H.T.) for issues and assign them to the concerned person. Follow up on tickets until closure and confirm resolution with the concerned DOER. 5. Coordination with Planning Team Highlight issues requiring corrective action to the Operations Planner. Ensure that any planning-related corrections are handled by the designated authority. Requirements Coordination & Communication Attention to Detail Problem Solving Follow-up & Escalation Management Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to coordinate with both labour-level and high level staff. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Candidate residing close to the office will be preferred.
