This position is responsible for ensuring work orders are completed accurately and on time, scheduling new orders efficiently, maintaining accurate data entry records, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and committed to supporting both team success and customer satisfaction. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner • Schedule new work orders and assign them appropriately to support operational flow • Monitor job progress to ensure deadlines are met and standards of excellence are maintained • Perform accurate data entry to document completed work and maintain compliance • Identify and correct discrepancies while maintaining inventory accuracy • Conduct inventory checks and reconcile system records with physical counts • Investigate and resolve inventory variances with integrity and attention to detail • Maintain organized records of all active and completed work orders • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow continuity and collaboration • Proactively identify process improvements that drive efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives • Demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks and contribute positively to team goals Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) • Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, inventory control, or administrative support preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in data entry and basic computer software (Microsoft Office or similar programs) • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives • Dependable, punctual, and accountable • Commitment to maintaining high standards and supporting company values Work Environment • Warehouse environment • Full-time position If you are organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining accurate processes, strong teamwork, and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and become part of the VE Solutions team.
