Description

SCOPE AND PURPOSE To ensure the verification and optimization of processing cycles, in particular the implementation, in compliance with PEF (Financial business plan) and planned production targets and time/quality/quantity parameters for the area of responsibility. To Process documentation preparation. RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES * Optimizes working cycle * Designs process documentation and keep it updated making it available for production * Prepares production routines * Defines and optimizes manual operation/nonstandard operation * Evaluates Ergonomy (OCRA/NIOSH etc.). Qualifications & Technical Skills * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering (preferred) * Hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes such as: Blanking, Punching, Induction Hardening, Grinding and Disc production * Experience in automotive components manufacturing is an advantage * Good understanding of production environments and shopfloor operations * Basic knowledge of Cycle time optimization, Line balancing, Productivity, scrap reduction and efficiency improvement * Familiarity with key production processes including Blanking, Punching, Induction Hardening, Grinding, Washing and Inspection * Understanding of process flow and routing in disc production * Basic knowledge of: Tooling and fixture concepts, Machining parameters * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (including GD&T), Understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and process routing, Perform cycle time analysis and time study * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach in a production environment * Willingness to work on the shop floor and actively support production-related issues * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Good communication skills in both Thai and English * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Production, Quality, and HQ teams * Cross-functional collaboration (Production / Quality / HQ) Location : Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) [https://maps.app.goo.gl/PoYMq6LGjidzB194A] "TURNING ENERGY INTO INSPIRATION" Innovation and Safety in Braking Systems for Cars and Bike | Brembo EN [https://www.brembo.com/en] #LI-CM1 #LI-Hybrid / Onsite
