Your analytical work will directly influence strategic decisions and support the Downstream Roadmap and MOL Group 2030 vision. You will use a range of analytical tools to systematically assess and understand existing Downstream processes. You will apply innovative data techniques including AI, machine learning, RPA, and data science to streamline and automate order‑to‑cash activities. You will lead the development and delivery of B2B O2C process performance reporting solutions. You will identify the most effective analytical methods to perform deep data and process analyses. You will create clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations that turn complex data into meaningful business and customer insights. What you bring to the Team? Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in IT or economics. Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge (minimum 3-5 years of work experience) in customer experience development and process mining with project management skills. Skills & Mindset: Active verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Good knowledge of MS Office/O365, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), process mining systems, data modelling systems (E.g.: SQL, Phyton, Power BI). Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. Analytical thinking and great time management skills. Driving license – willingness to travel. Proactivity and curiosity with a problem solving mindset. Solution focused assertive communication. Advantages: Experience in customer service processes is an advantage. Why join Us?
