  An opportunity has arisen for a Process Design Consultant to join the thriving Process Improvement and Management team as we seek to further grow our Process Management capability.    You will be supporting the mapping and embedding of our journey and process ownership frameworks across Group Mortgages. Using a systematic approach, you will create accurate process maps to the required detail and work with teams across Group Mortgages ensuring maps are kept up to date and accurate, in line with current business requirements. You will also support the business in identifying opportunities to make improvements to existing ways of working.     We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.   The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.   This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.   At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
