Responsabilities:

he credit & Collections Analyst must be a responsible person with great skills in Microsoft, a selfresourceful person who looks for solutions with the knowledge acquired and has a high level of spoken and written English, you must have logic and math skills to work with invoice histories of large clients, experience in customer service and calls handling.

• Take different type of calls regarding general customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open AR in their accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
• Process high volume of invoice write offs.
• Respond via email to different internal and external customer requests.

Requirements:
Education: Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated financial skills.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated high English skills: verbal, email and listening
