We are looking for a Process Developer who’s excited to work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment while learning how to scale up new product developments from idea to production. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to learn, take ownership of meaningful work, and grow into future roles across product development, process improvement, or manufacturing leadership.

• Learn and support the entire production process from pilot testing to full-scale manufacturing
• Assist with developing and improving the performance and stability of natural color formulations, while improving the formulation and stability properties of natural colors, i.e. light stability, thermal stability, etc., by physical modification of the colorants
• Operate a variety of processing equipment such as dryers, filtration systems, and mills to support product development
• Evaluate new raw materials and assist in developing processes for products not yet approved for food use
• Partner with research teams to translate product concepts into manufacturing procedures
• Support the creation of technical materials and documentation for internal and customer use
