ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Moulding team is enthusiastic, flexible, and cohesive. We enjoy learning from others and collaborating to deliver creative solutions to technical challenges. Presently, we have a number of open positions at a range of levels, and we are seeking motivated engineers to become part of the team.
Key areas where you will contribute to the objectives of Moulding Team are:
- Design for manufacture of moulded components and development of tooling specifications
- Communicating with external vendors during tool design, build and testing phases
- Implementation and documentation of scientific injection moulding for process optimization
- Manage large scale moulding/tooling projects to support product assembly lines
- Implement effective robot demoulding solutions for new injection moulding equipment
- Carry out in-depth root causes analysis through methodical troubleshooting
- Manage improvements of injection moulding processes and develop innovative moulding technologies
- Sharing knowledge with the team and mentoring of junior engineers.
