Main Responsibilities Develops and optimizes wafer process for new product and next-gen device study, such as lithography, etching, film deposition, metallization and related measurement and analysis. Responsible for process integration for new product and next-gen device, defining process flow and individual process condition, which are applicable to mass production. Supports device fabrication trial for new product development utilizing mass production line. Responsible for introducing new or alternative process technology, which contributes to drastic improvement in cost, yield, fab efficiency, and so on. Qualification & Skills BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related equivalent technical field.
