Job Summary
We are part of IFF’s global Health & Biosciences Process R&D organization and deliver capacity release and continuous improvement projects for our globally located manufacturing facilities. We also provide process development and technology support for exciting new products in our portfolio. We are now looking for a

• Planning, executing, managing, and reporting of process development projects.
• Participating in technology transfer, start-up, and plant optimization in Finland and abroad.
• Acting as a proactive team member in global development projects both in pilot and plant scale.
• Scheduling and organizing day-to-day pilot and laboratory work for development projects.
• Supervising pilot plant and laboratory personnel in project setting.
• Continuous improvement in safety culture and day-to-day operations
