Job Description Contribute to Bosch’s worldwide industrialization programs by providing and implementing capable manufacturing processes Manufacturing process design for our CC products WSS, ESP, IPB, … and be active member in SE teams Tight cooperation with special machinery, manufacturing, product engineering and our leadplants (BhP, Szh2) and COCs Work closely with TEF1,TEF4, COS, ENG and MOE to ensure technical, quality and cost targets Contribute to equipment standardization, localization and cost optimization activities Systematic Problem solving for manufacturing, testing processes and quality issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in automation mechanical engineering or physical related fields Experience in process development/improvement for High Tech Automotive Manufacturing Environment with pressing, staking, laser, screwing and vision Very good English and/or German language skills Experienced in simultaneous engineering projects and intercultural competence Assertiveness, high initiative and independent work, willingness to take responsibility, target orientation Theory in Dynamic Flow ,Material ,FEA simulation….are highly welcomed High interests for digitalization and Industry 4.0 topics Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
