Description
Lead process development projects for wet clean technologies used in semiconductor fabrication. Manage and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians. Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate and optimize process parameters. Collaborate with hardware engineering, product marketing, and customer support teams to define and deliver integrated solutions. Analyze test data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements. Interface with customers to support demos, qualifications, and technology transfers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce cost, and improve reliability. Present technical findings and strategic plans to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field. Experience: 12+ years with a Master's, or 15+ years with a Bachelor's, or 8+ years with a PhD in semiconductor process engineering or related roles. Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams. Strong background in wet cleans, surface preparation, or related semiconductor processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
