About the Role
As a Process Engineer , you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations—optimising processes, improving efficiency, and driving innovation across extrusion, fabrication, and compounding. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical excellence and lead projects that enhance performance and product quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Understand and analyse process variables to improve product characteristics
• Optimise manufacturing parameters from raw material to final packaging
• Lead troubleshooting and implement solutions to reduce downtime and scrap
• Define SOPs and best practices for extrusion line setup and shutdown
• Support and develop Shift Technicians, providing clear technical guidance
• Own and deliver improvement projects aligned with key KPIs (OEE, Scrap, Overweight)
• Collaborate with HSE, Quality, CI, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies
