Position Overview The Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for process design, equipment specification, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The successful candidate will be data-driven, experienced in process control and scale-up, and skilled at working with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities Responsible for validation and introduction of new products, new processes, and new equipment. Drive analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement of shop floor process issues Monitor and execute production processes to ensure stable operation. Conduct process data analysis and output relevant reports Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering experience; tobacco, food, or chemical industry experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Familiar with lean management tools and 1+ year of continuous improvement practice. Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and process control tools to drive decisions. English working proficiency is required.
