Contact with suppliers for the acquisition of new equipment. Conduct capability studies for processes such as screwing, heat staking, riveting, press machines, milling, etc. Update and upgrade existing equipment. Perform data analysis and define actions to improve capacity, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment digitalization. Provide support to maintenance, quality, continuous improvement and other teams. Support all customer and system audits. Manage teams involved in DoE (Design of Experiments) and process digitalization projects. Support SFMS activities, mainly problem-solving, data analysis, and supplier interfacing. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools. Knowledge of Quality tools (A3, 8D, DoE, etc.) for problem-solving approaches. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
