We are looking for a Process Engineer

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze process parameters to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support daily operations by troubleshooting process upsets and equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
  • Lead and support capital and improvement projects, from concept through commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, HSE, QA/QC, and Production) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support for new product introductions and process scale-ups.Partner with Oleon’s global process engineering, operations, and R&D teams to share knowledge, align on technical standards, and leverage best practices.
  • Participate in global working groups and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across Oleon sites.
  • Participate in hazard reviews (PHA/HAZOP), MOC (Management of Change), and root cause investigations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance process safety management (PSM) and environmental performance.
