Responsibilities

Analyze and improve logistics processes within our Roosendaal Site;
Contribute in executing continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Optimize systems and technical applications within operations.
Develop process documentation, work instructions, and KPI reporting.
Guide implementations and train colleagues in new ways of working.
Act as a sparring partner for both operations, support teams and management.
