SUMMARY:

  • Setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the processes.
  • Maintain and improve the technical systems of BSP.
  • Ensure the equipment BSP uses to complete work is safe and intact.
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
  • Train the technical team in all aspects of mold setting and processing.
  • Responsible for all mold setters and process technicians.
  • Manage trial activities regarding tooling, robotics, and new process setup.
  • Create reports to give updates on projects.
  • Developing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end industrial processes, from ideation to certification.
  • Ensuring compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations.
  • Running risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.
    Requirements:

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment, tools, or materials may be required, though typically not in excess of a certain weight limit as specified by the employer’s safety guidelines (up to 50 pounds)
  • Adherence to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, lab coats, gloves, and appropriate footwear, is essential to minimize the risk of injuries.
