Responsibilities
  • You will identify and implement engineering projects to drive productivity savings and compliance initiatives, to drive improvements in key health and safety metrics and fundamentally improve cost per unit produced
  • You shall provide engineering support, troubleshooting and technical assistance to our 3 cylinder production sites across NZ, work closely with the operations teams to understand and respond to ever-changing operational needs in a fast-paced production environment
  • Your responsibilities include leading incident investigations and failure analysis, report on outcomes and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, Working cross-functionally to replicate industry best practice
  • Support the operations team by providing input into the compliance agenda, including participation in audits, Worksafe inspections and management reviews
  • Participate and support all key engineering initiatives and directives on all industrial compressed sites
  • You will engage with technical experts within the Linde Group, follow the management of change process which includes gaining approval from Subject Matter Experts and work collaboratively with Process Engineering peergroup across Region South Pacific
