In this role you develop technical solutions to continuously improve Olefins and Phenol & Aromatics production units and processes in Porvoo. You will lead or participate in studies and projects to improve our production processes concerning safety, cost and energy optimisation, circular economy and sustainability. You will also contribute to problem solving and daily operations of the production units in co-operation with plant operations and maintenance.

ABOUT YOU
To start your journey as a Process Engineer, you hold a Master degree in chemical engineering or equivalent and preferably have several years of relevant industrial experience in chemical / process engineering. In order to succeed in this position you should have the capability to learn the production process in petrochemical industry. It is an advantage if you have some experience of project work and petrochemical processes. You are also a fluent communicator in both Finnish and English.
