Work #LikeABosch Job Description Interface and responsible for all testing and assembly processes in the production line as assigned. Responsible for pre-acceptance and release machines incl. support in setup, fine tuning, sustaining and maintenance. Perform maintenance according to maintenance plan on machine and calibration. Analysis of downtime reasons of the equipment, mechanical, electrical and electronic repairing of the equipment using proper problem solving methods. Release of equipment according eng. spec. Setup new recipe and conversion for new product. Support improvement activities: Actively cooperate in improvement projects, bring in suggestions to improve production KPIs, like CT/ Output, Yield/OEE, Budget/Cost, reduce failures (MTBF, MTTR, down times) and improve quality. Support and train Operators/Technician (as per Work Instruction) and execution of maintenance activities. Align and coordinate topics with lead plant engineers. Perform duties within the production environment. Support FMEA and Control Plan. Ensure spare part availability. Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering) or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in automotive industry Able to organize projects and coordinate teams to achieve results Possess mechanical or electrical aptitude and the ability to work hands-on Good English in writing, reading and speaking skills Capable of transferring technical know-how and providing clear guidance Ability to learn complex technical topics quickly and efficiently Strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of the Poka-Yoke concept Able to conduct technical discussions with relevant stakeholders Outstanding experience in an organization is an advantage Good Understanding of Industry 4.0 and Implementation is an advantage Ready to work in Delta Silicon or Deltamas Industrial at Cikarang-Bekasi Additional Information This role will be hired contract-based.
