Work #LikeABosch Job Description Our valuable contribution to something big : You are responsible for technical processes and manufacturing equipment for final assembly of electronic control units used in automotive industry; You work and support in international Bosch teams for product and line relocation ramp-up; You gain new competences from trainings according to personal career development plan; You evaluate and transfer new production equipment from international supplier locations; New production machines design with respecting general production guidelines; You review of machine specification for new production machines; Defines tasks, organizes and monitors the performance of preventive maintenance; Defines work procedures and instructions for direct production personnel, preventive and reactive maintenance teams; You collaborate with colleagues from the planning and quality departments to implement customer requirements and ensure maximum product quality Continuous improvements of production output and performance indicators; You plan and perform machine and process capability; You give support to service department in technical problem solving; You are responsible of coordination of technical approvals and releases for production machines; You start up new production lines; You are in charge of improvement , design review and ordering of new tooling; You support at daily production meetings and series production. Qualifications Qualifications: Personality: A results-oriented mindset with patience and determination to tackle challenges. Attention to detail and an analytical approach that helps you find solutions quickly. Clear and open communication, someone who’s easy to work with in a team. Initiative and the confidence to suggest new ideas or speak up when something can be improved. The ability to stay calm and flexible when things get busy or changes come up. Enjoyment in working with others and contributing to a close-knit team. Responsibility and seriousness in your work, respecting our rules and standards. Education: Graduate of a technical university, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; certificates or specialized courses for electrical diagrams or technical design are an advantage. Experience and Skills: Prior experience in production, technical design, engineering, or related fields is an advantage, but recent graduates with relevant education and a strong motivation to learn are also encouraged to apply; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical and pneumatic diagrams; Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks is desirable; training can be provided for motivated candidates; Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Good communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to clearly convey technical information; Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally. Languages: English – a good level is mandatory.
