Description

ABOUT US:

At Boulanger Industrial Group, we design and deliver custom lifting solutions and services that power the success of industrial operations across a wide range of sectors. Behind every crane, hoist, or engineered lifting device we deliver, there’s a team of professionals committed to operational excellence—including in the office. We’re looking for a Process Engineer – Administrative Processes to help us optimize how we work behind the scenes, supporting the teams that deliver top-quality lifting solutions to our clients.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is all about driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability in our administrative and business support functions. You’ll work across departments—finance, HR, sales support, procurement, compliance, and beyond—to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and ensure the administrative side of our business is as strong and reliable as our engineered products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience (2+ years preferred) in process engineering, business operations, or administration within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Skilled in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading process change initiatives.
  • Experience with ERP systems, document management tools, or business process automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing administrative workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Design and implement more efficient systems for document management, project administration, internal approvals, and compliance tracking.
  • Partner with operational and administrative teams to ensure processes align with business needs and safety standards.
  • Lead or support implementation of digital tools and automation (e.g., forms, dashboards, RPA) to reduce manual work.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by measuring outcomes and refining solutions over time.
