Description Determine operations to produce products and develops processes to ensure quality, cost and efficiency requirements are met. Troubleshoot problems with production and takes corrective action. Research the purchase of equipment upgrades to existing equipment Requirements · Evaluate, implement and monitor processes and operating systems for the manufacture of printed circuit boards. · Create/edit/maintain necessary documentation · Equipment calibration and maintenance monitoring · Assess the availability of raw materials and their safety and environmental impact of the facility · Support the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operations · Monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes through observations and measurements as well as by collecting and interpreting data from other technical and operating personnel. · Work with process engineer team to problem solve issues in production and development · Define, stabilize, enhance, and maintain process and product key characteristic capabilities · Work closely with other specialists for quality control of raw materials · Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas · Develop and enhance current procedures to support production and quality goals · Research new equipment and processes to further enhance process and product capabilities (quality and production goals) · Disposition of non-conforming product · Investigate root cause and implement preventive/corrective actions · Follow all corporate and quality policies · Work to meet or exceed established goals; individual, departmental and company. · Assist with training
