Degree in Chemical/Environmental engineering or equivalent from an internationally recognized university.
Minimum 3 years similar job scope preferably in design of semiconductor water and wasterwater plants.
Responsibilities
Basic and detailed design of heat, mass balance, PFD, P&ID, process calculation for Water & Wastewate, RO, demin, mixed bed, ultra pure water, chemical neutralization, chemical precipitation, treatment of wastewaters including HF, cyanide, backgrind, copper etc.
Sizing and review of equipment such as pumps, vessel, tank and selection of materials, instrumentation, control philosophy, cause and effect matrix, HAZOP, IP, IOM manual etc.
Preparing and reviewing of datasheet for RFQ and review offers from sub-vendor for compliance to technical specification, codes and regulation.
Preparing and reviewing/checking documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, optimization and hand-over.
