About the Role Elmet Technologies, a subsidiary of The Elmet Group, manufactures high-performance refractory metal products used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, and high-temperature applications. We are hiring a Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for our Spray Dry and Plasma Densification operations. This is a hands-on engineering role working closely with production, quality, and customers to improve yields, resolve issues, and support new product development. What You’ll Do Develop and document manufacturing processes for molybdenum and tungsten products Improve processes, methods, and equipment to increase capability and yield Troubleshoot production issues alongside shop floor employees Support new product introduction and technical customer requirements Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and FMEA activities Partner with quality to resolve nonconforming material and complaints Provide technical guidance and training to production teams Support supply chain planning and production readiness What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Project management and process planning experience Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems Experience with SPC and Lean Manufacturing Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills Preferred: Thermal Spray Dry or Additive Manufacturing experience Why Join Elmet Technologies Work on advanced materials used in critical industries Hands-on role with visible impact on production performance Opportunity to influence process improvements and new product development Comprehensive benefits starting on day one including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, and paid time off Equal Employment Opportunity Elmet Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
