Process Engineer - On-site Only - Beloit, WI

• Salary Range: 75,000 - 95,000

Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer to optimize industrial processes, improve efficiency, and support sustainable manufacturing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
• Experience with CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and continuous improvement tools
• Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience on the manufacturing floor
• Experience in lower volume facilities; open to automotive/aerospace backgrounds

• Analyze and optimize production processes for improved throughput and cost reduction
• Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct root cause analyses for process-related issues impacting quality or efficiency
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes for new products or technologies
• Collaborate to validate and document SOPs and work instructions
