KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of process engineering, industrial engineering, or operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead workflow design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in quality systems, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with WMS/OMS platforms and operational technology.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with KPI-driven reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  The anticipated base pay for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Engineer at Ernesta, you will play a critical role in optimizing our internal and external operations. You will design workflows, drive continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between business technology and on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our production processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable, while supporting quality, throughput, and inventory management.
