About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production lines run safely, efficiently, and consistently to meet quality and output targets. The role focuses on improving production processes, reducing downtime, supporting technical troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality. What You Will Do Monitor daily production performance against targets (OEE, throughput, scrap, downtime). Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve production issues. Conduct risk assessments (RA), JSAs, and support safety improvement projects. Support daily/weekly production planning with strong alignment to capacity. Assist with resource planning (labour, materials, tools). Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain process control documentation and ensure SOPs/work instructions are followed. Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3–5 years’ experience in production or manufacturing engineering. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills. Should be a great team player and ability to meet deadlines. Green Belt certification or CI training would be added advantage.
