Eventscape is looking for a skilled and hands-on Process Engineer to bring complex architectural projects to life. From concept to installation, you’ll oversee every stage, working with a team of experts to deliver innovative, high-quality custom projects.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of project engineering, project management experience in related industries.
  • Hands-on experience with diverse construction materials and fabrication processes such as metal, wood, solid surfaces (Corian), fabric, and acrylic.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for strategic planning.
  • Background in custom design/fabrication, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
  • Strong expertise in construction/architectural processes
  • Proficiency in client-facing roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Expertise in project management principles and techniques.
  • Ability to closely manage and support fabrication and design teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Comfort with managing detailed administrative tasks.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and internal manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer at Eventscape you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of your assigned architectural projects, from concept to installation.
  • Manage administrative tasks and navigate internal systems while adhering to established protocols.
  • Generate, review, and negotiate contracts to safeguard stakeholder interests.
  • Determine resource requirements based on project specifications, conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage design and fabrication timelines, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Implement quality control measures and strategic risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to set clear expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all administrative tasks and project documentation.
  • Proactively mitigate project challenges.
  • Strategically source materials, parts, equipment, and services to align with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Prioritize tasks and time allocation in alignment with project goals.
