Lead and support solid electrolyte process development, scaling processes from lab-scale experiments to pilot line and eventually to full-scale production. Work closely with equipment vendors to support equipment selection, purchasing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation. Optimize and improve slurry preparation, coating, and drying processes to achieve consistent product quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and engineering to support process transfer and scale-up activities. bnjMaintain detailed documentation of process conditions, experimental results, and production data. We are looking for people who: • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment, with a willingness to work hands- on in the lab and adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities. • Have experience with coating processes, such as doctor blade coating or roll-to-roll coating, preferably in glovebox environments. • Have experience with slurry preparation and mixing, including familiarity with different mixer types. • Are detail-oriented with strong hands-on skills and good manual dexterity. • Are a team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
