Description
Process Engineer/FA Engineers are a key resource for the manufacturing team, supporting validation of new processes or material and the identification of issues and corrective actions. Support manufacturing by troubleshooting product failures in both manufacturing and customer sites. Support introduction of new product, process or material by analysis of assemblies. Operate of a variety of lab equipment to complete analysis. Assist in assessment and management of 3rd party services. Establish and document standard assessment practices. Evaluate and purchase equipment to upgrade or meet new requirements. Manage lab equipment maintenance and calibration. Manage control consumable materials. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required. Minimum Three (3) years of related experience is required. Intermediate Computer Skills Intermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills; Statistical Process Control Software Skills Proactive and Basic Cross-Discipline Development Knowledge Understand Structured Design Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred
