Description

We are looking for a Process Engineer that will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality production output. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
· Design and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
· Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
· Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes.
· Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality meets company standards.
· Lead and support continuous improvement projects, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
· Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to ensure optimal productivity.
· Provide technical support and training to production teams regarding process changes and improvements.
· Work with suppliers and vendors to identify new materials, tools, and technologies that could improve processes.
· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
· Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and statistical analysis tools.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
