ine Hygienic Holding is looking for a Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team and support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes in a high-volume FMCG environment.About the RoleThe Process Engineer will support the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, product quality, productivity, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of manufacturing process improvements.
• Analyze process performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce variability.
• Support technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process and equipment issues.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related challenges.
• Support feasibility testing and evaluation of engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
• Support testing and validation of process improvements.
• Apply continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Collect and analyze engineering and production data to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and process improvements.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable standards and safety requirements.

• Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Entry-level engineering experience or relevant exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Experience or knowledge in process engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
