PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Development of New Processes: As Process Engineer, you will participate in the qualification and validation for the processes and activities. You will develop new processes for innovative products, pushing the boundaries of technology and enhancing our product offerings.
  • Preparation of Documentation: You will prepare comprehensive process documentation for technical proposals, ensuring clarity and precision in our project plans.
  • Improvement and Development: You will improve and develop proprietary process technologies, continuously seeking ways to optimize and innovate.
  • Writing Protocols and Reports: You will write protocols, test sheets, and qualification-validation reports, documenting every step of the process to maintain high standards.
  • Performing Tests: You will perform and oversee qualification/validation tests, ensuring our processes meet rigorous quality criteria.
  • Problem Solving: You will identify issues, provide solutions, and test corrections, maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
  • Technical Visits and Audits: You will participate in technical visits and audits, representing our company and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fields, Physics, or Materials Science; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel abroad (approximately 20-30% of the time) for contacts and discussions with internal and external customers.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships, self-motivated, and possessing strong organizational skills.
