THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for Process Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

• Lead quality activities in the respective production department.
• Identify and analyze process performance gaps in manufacturing quality, lead time and cost of tire curing molds.
• Define and implement new methods/projects/ideas to reduce/close performance gaps.
• Propose, develop and implement new technologies and capabilities.
• Provide support on existing technical installations to production departments.
• Improve on working conditions (environmental, ergonomics, safety).
• Implement and deploy Plant Optimization pillars in the respective production department.
