QUALIFICATIONS & WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Are you passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting? We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong background in lean practices and process optimization.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field), plus 2–4+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid Lean Manufacturing expertise—not just theory, but real-world application with measurable results.
• A successful track record of using continuous improvement tools to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Proficiency with tools like CAD and MS Project—a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience in assembly operations, tooling evaluation, vendor qualification, facilities engineering, and driving cost savings through smarter processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to design, control, and improve manufacturing processes.
