(IntelliEPI) is a leading merchant III-V compound semiconductor epitaxy wafer foundry based on multi-wafer production Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) technology platform. The company was established in 1999 and is a leading manufacturer of III-V compound semiconductor epitaxy wafers. The primary epitaxy products are based on GaAs, InP, and GaSb-based material systems. Selected applications include GaAs-based pHEMT switches, InP-HBT high-speed electronics, diode lasers, photodetectors, VCSELs, and various optoelectronics devices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to safely work with electrical, mechanical, and chemical hazards
  • Knowledge of basic Physics and Chemistry
  • Flexible with work schedule to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Entry-level Position. Newly graduates preferred.
  • Associates Degree in electronics or material science related field is a plus

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the main operations for epitaxial wafer manufacturing, material metrology measurement, and preventive maintenance. Recognize, communicate, and respond to process and equipment deviations. Collaborate with the team to help identify root cause and corrective actions. Participate actively with the team in the continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures.
