This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, scalability, and quality through lean manufacturing, structured problem-solving, and smart technology adoption.
The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on, data-driven approach to process improvement and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Candidates with strengths in metal fabrication, switchgear, or electro-mechanical assembly will find this role especially rewarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows for new and existing products
