Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Design and implement chemical processes for new and existing products. Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and material/energy balances. Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance energy efficiency. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure all processes comply with environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) regulations. Conduct hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) and risk assessments. Support the scale-up of processes from pilot to full-scale production. Participate in commissioning and start-up of new equipment or process lines. Analyze process data to monitor trends, detect anomalies, and support decision-making. Prepare technical reports and documentation. Work closely with R&D, operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration and continuous improvement. Specify and evaluate process equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, and distillation columns. Ensure proper maintenance and upgrades. What Makes You the Right Fit Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or any related field Minimum 3 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing plant operation Proficiency in English communication skills. Fluency in secondary local language will be advantageous. Good organization skills Excellent communication, and negotiations skills. Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft office Experience in 6S, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement How Would You Stand Out? Familiar with process operation and safety practices in chemical manufacturing plant environment. Good team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
