Key Responsibilities: Own machine and process performance for assigned production line(s) Drive centre‑lining and process standards to ensure stable, efficient operations Lead breakdown analysis (RCA) and eliminate repeat or chronic equipment issues Execute maintenance plans with Maintenance & Engineering teams to improve reliability Support production teams in troubleshooting issues related to waste, delays, quality, and productivity (OEE, Rate of Operation) Lead and support process trials and innovations (PSR, RSR, MSR) for cost savings, new materials, and capability improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives including LEAN, 5S, QCO, WAVE & ECS savings Develop and maintain SOPs, BOM accuracy, and good manufacturing practices Ensure full implementation of PASS, centre‑lining, and process controls About Us Huggies®.
