THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Industrial group of technical engineering and project management specialists have demonstrated their ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and successful project outcomes for our clients. As a result, we are seeking Project Engineers to join our Melbourne and Sydney teams, to partner with our clients in delivering all sized projects and capital works.

• Provide technical engineering advice and project management support as part of a diverse team to deliver multi-disciplinary design from early phase scope definition to detailed design
• Build strong long-term relationships with our clients, and demonstrate your ability to understand our client’s core business and ensure that services meet their expectations
• Undertake and lead engineering reviews, investigations, options assessments and designs
• Manage project finances, including cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring spend aligns with budget objectives
• Leading and mentoring more junior engineers and their professional growth and development
• Provide implementation phase support, including contractor supervision, progress monitoring, schedule reviews, contract management and procurement assistance
• Bring flexibility to travel to work alongside clients to deliver projects – gaining industrial site experience through short to long term assignments as part of site-based engineering teams during the implementation phase, including procurement, construction and commissionin
