WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Process Engineer III, you’ll play a vital role in the design, analysis, and optimization of industrial process systems. You’ll work closely with both clients and engineering teams to ensure seamless plant operations, enhance system efficiency, and uphold high safety and industry standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to innovative solutions across chemical processing, manufacturing, and industrial facility design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and refine process system designs
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and heat/material balances
• Conduct process simulations using HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or Pro/II
• Specify and select key process equipment: pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, and more
• Lead and participate in safety assessments such as HAZOP, HAZID, and PHA
• Support plant start-ups, troubleshoot systems, and provide ongoing operational support
• Prepare project proposals, technical reports, and design documentation
