We’re partnering with a fast-growing, innovative manufacturer that’s looking for a Process Engineer to lead plant-wide process improvement and Lean initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a key player on the operations team, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional departments to streamline processes, support new product development, and improve overall efficiency and accuracy across the plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement process enhancements
• Support the development of materials, tooling, and procedures for improved performance and efficiency
• Maintain and manage technical documentation within QMS and company databases
• Lead APQP for new part number launches—from creation to production release
• Implement and promote LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies throughout the plant
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems (EPICOR), including costing and reporting
• Partner with customers on cost savings, process improvements, and productivity gains
• Monitor compliance with industry standards (RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.)
