The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role will involve analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. How will you do it? Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing manufacturing operations. Develop process documentation including workflows, standard operating procedures, and PFMEA Oversee Maintenance routines and develop them as well Familiar with TPM implementation Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and implement changes as necessary. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment on process improvements. Oversee tooling validation of new processes and technologies to ensure they meet production requirements. Lead cost savings initiatives projects to enhance operational efficiency. What are we looking for? Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. +6 months of experience in process engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization methodologies. Experience with BOM’s, ECN’s and other process improvement tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information. Fluent in English Preferred: Experience with automation and process control technologies.
