OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, programming, and the use of advanced manufacturing tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, for design and modeling purposes.
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ability to read and create schematics for engineering applications.
  • Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques such as welding is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
