Position Title: Process Engineer Position Location: Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: Onsite (Monday – Friday) Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This role involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and operational performance. About you: You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex production challenges. You enjoy digging into data, streamlining workflows, and finding smarter ways to get things done. You’re passionate about improving efficiency, reducing waste, and making processes safer and more reliable. Whether you're collaborating with teams or refining documentation, you bring clarity, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement to everything you do.
